The group partners with European and international family structures, single or multi-family, as co-investors on identified assets or within management mandates. It also works with insurance companies, asset managers and regulated vehicles, as well as with corporate sponsors involved in refinancings, recapitalisations or acquisitions held through dedicated vehicles.
Operators
Groupe Barrière was introduced by Quantum Capital Funds as hotel operator of the rue Castiglione ensemble, a transaction on which the fund structured the financing.
Ground-floor retail space held by the group is occupied by international fashion houses whose presence secures the rental income of the assets concerned over the long term.
