Background

Twenty years of real estate financial structuring.

Gad Rebot has spent more than twenty years in the financing and structuring of real estate transactions, in Paris as well as on cross-border structures spanning the United Kingdom, France and Luxembourg.

His practice was built around the financing of complex real estate transactions, encompassing the sourcing of senior and mezzanine debt, direct negotiation with lending institutions, and the legal and financial structuring of institutional real estate investments.

That experience shaped the positioning of Quantum Capital Funds, where structuring stands at the heart of every transaction and every investment strategy.

He founded Quantum Capital Funds in 2022 in order to bring together, within a single fund, the origination of off-market opportunities, the in-house structuring of transactions, the management of proprietary investments and the support of transactions on behalf of third parties.

The group today operates through an international organisation comprising a UK holding company, an operating office in Paris and a Luxembourg family office also acting as the financial structuring vehicle for transactions. Quantum Capital Funds is building a proprietary portfolio of more than €145m, manages €154m on behalf of third parties, of which 50% under discretionary mandate, and has structured more than €1 billion of institutional real estate transactions.

He chairs the Investment Committee of Quantum Capital Funds, whose decisions are taken unanimously, and personally leads relationships with the group's banking partners, institutional investors and strategic partners.

Vision

One fund, one long-term objective.

The trajectory set for the group is €1.5bn of assets under management by 2028, reached through selective growth rather than a widening of the intervention perimeter. The fund will continue to favour a small number of assets that cannot readily be reproduced, originated off-market and structured in-house.
