Quantum Capital Funds is a cross-border investment fund dedicated to the financial structuring, ownership and arbitrage of significant real estate assets across Western Europe, both on its own account and on behalf of institutional third parties.
The fund
Quantum Capital Funds originates predominantly off-market, alongside banking partners, family offices and institutional investors. The group holds a proprietary portfolio of more than €145m, manages €154m on behalf of third parties, of which 50% under discretionary mandate, and has structured more than €1 billion of institutional real estate transactions.
A UK holding company in London, an operating office in Paris and a Luxembourg family office also acting as the financial structuring vehicle for transactions form the group's architecture. It allows complex situations to be addressed — senior and mezzanine debt, bridge ownership, division into volumes, investor coordination — with the agility of a private investor and the discipline of an institution.
Three activities
More than €145m of proprietary portfolio. The group acquires, holds and arbitrages private mansions, Haussmann buildings and mixed-use ensembles in Paris and western Paris on its own account, each originated off-market.

Transactions
From the Faubourg Saint-Germain to place Vendôme, the transactions led by Quantum Capital Funds share a common logic: a location that cannot readily be reproduced, an entry point negotiated off-market, and a financial structure calibrated on the real duration of the project.
